Hypnotherapy sessions in person and online

You do not need to know which service fits before getting in touch. We can discuss what is happening, what you want to change and whether hypnotherapy may be suitable.

How Sessions Are Held

What you can expect

You stay in control throughout. You do not have to reveal anything you do not want to reveal, and you will not be pushed into reliving experiences in detail.

Some people notice shifts quickly. For others, change takes longer and unfolds gradually. We stay honest about that, because your trust matters more than big claims.

We agree one priority and simple signs of progress, along with when we will review them. At each review we decide together whether to continue, adjust the approach or finish.

Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for urgent medical or psychiatric care. If something is outside my scope, I will say so and suggest a more appropriate route.
